Hr Coordinator

HR COORDINATOR
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assists in the recruitment and conducts general orientation.
- Handles employee inquiry, and administration.
- Monitors and collects performance evaluation of employees
- Ensures compliance with the company policies, handbook, and code of conduct.
Handles disciplinary cases.
- Provides general support to connecting departments.
- Manage warehouse activities/concerns/issues
- Provide needed support to deployed personnel for warehouse operations
- Monitor scheduling for the day-to-day activities of the driver and delivery helper

Job Requirements:

- Must have a bachelor's degree
- With at least 1 year of experience as an HR Coordinator
- Amenable working from Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 am to 4:00
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- HR Coordinator: 1 year (preferred)
