At least 1yr experience in HR recruitment

Willing to work in Marilao Bulacan

Job Responsibilities:
End to end process of recruitment

Implements disciplinary procedures in accordance to the company's code of conduct.
Conduct and facilitate performance review of employees and prepares necessary report.
Conduct Orientation to our new hired employees

Manages timekeeping.
Answers employees' inquiry regarding their payroll details and benefits availment.
**Salary**: From Php420.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
