Broad Scope: •HR Coordination (Batangas, construction company client)•Timekeeping•Recruitment•Administrative TasksDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESHR Coordination (Batangas):oServe as the primary HR contact for our construction company client in Batangas.oCoordinate HR activities and initiatives specific to the Batangas location.oProvide on-site HR support and address employee inquiries and concerns.oEnsure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.Timekeeping:oManage and maintain accurate timekeeping records for employees.oProcess and verify timesheets and attendance records.oEnsure compliance with company policies and labor regulations regarding timekeeping.oAddress and resolve any timekeeping discrepancies or issues.Recruitment:oCoordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.oReview resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.oConduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and interest in the role.oAssist with job postings and recruitment marketing efforts.oConduct reference checks and background checks on potential employees.oAssist with onboarding new employees.oParticipate in recruitment events and job fairs as needed.Administrative Tasks:oProvide administrative support to the HR department.oMaintain up-to-date and accurate employee records and documentation.oAssist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.oHandle general office duties, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
