**JOB SUMMARY**:
Responsible for the efficient delivery of all human resources services on organizational development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits management, employee relations, and occupational health and safety within its assigned business unit/departments.
**JOB SPECIFICATION**:

- At least 1-year experience as an HR Generalist or Coordinator
- Has a background in handling employee relations is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Team spirit

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
