Hr Coordinator/Advisor

As an HR Coordinator/Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of HR services and initiatives across our business. 
Working closely with the internal management teams, support staff and our marketing team you will provide high-quality HR advice, administrative support, and project coordination to drive people management initiatives, enhance employee relations, and contribute to organizational success.

Key Responsibilities HR Support and Advice: Address people-related queries and grievances promptly and effectively. Prepare HR documentation ensuring full compliance. Support Kinetic managers through HR processes, acting as the first-level HR helpdesk. Assist in complex investigations and disciplinary actions. Project/Initiative Coordination: Lead the coordination of HR projects such as employee recognition and wellbeing programs. Oversee Employee Benefit, Incentives and Rewards programs. Assist with coordinating training programs and succession planning efforts. Ensure governance of drug and alcohol testing procedures and online portals. Support annual employee surveys.  Produce high quality reporting and analysis. In order to be successful within this role you will need to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, a proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and reporting and have experience in project coordination and HR advisory roles along with the ability to collaborate across departments and adapt to changing environments.
