Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced HR Consultant & Interview Coach to join our VA team. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in HR recruitment and interviews, gained from reputable companies, and possess a high level of English proficiency. The primary focus of this role is to assist students by providing exceptional interview coaching tailored to meet the expectations of large corporations and competitive job markets.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Interview Coaching for Students:
- Conduct mock interviews and provide actionable feedback to improve students' performance.
- Train students on best practices for interviews, including behavioral questions, case studies, and situational analysis.
- Develop personalized strategies to help students present their strengths and align with corporate expectations.
2. HR Expertise & Guidance:
- Share insights on recruitment practices and requirements of reputable companies.
- Offer guidance to students on corporate culture, expectations, and industry-specific interview trends.
3. Training Content Development:
- Create training materials and workshops focused on interview preparation and professional skills.
- Design assessment tools to evaluate students' interview readiness and track their improvement.
4. Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with the Career Counseling team to align coaching strategies with student needs.
- Provide detailed progress reports for each student and recommend further training if required.

Qualifications:
- Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in HR recruitment, interviews, and coaching, preferably at reputable companies.
- Demonstrated experience in interview coaching or talent development.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

- Skills:
- Exceptional English proficiency with a neutral or standard accent.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and build confidence in students.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate recruitment processes and standards.
- Professional demeanor and excellent presentation skills.
- Proficiency in virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Lark, MS Teams).
