HR CONSULTANT

 

Qualifications:
A graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Psychology or any related course.
With at least 5 years of work experience in human resource department and in similar management role.
Experience in construction is a plus.
In depth with knowledge of our specific field and has a

strong leadership skills.Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
