HR & Compliance Manager

 

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources:
lead and guide HR team to deliver best

Manage functions:
recruitment, training, data management, attendance, payroll, compensation & benefits, labor law, compliance, policies and procedures and HR best practices development

Conduct performance management (coaching, review, documentation, etc.) that drives high performance

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Develop memos, company policies & submit compliance reports and other documents required by government agencies

Manage and control the company's overall human resource costs

Nurture a positive working environmentJob Qualifications:
Graduate of Human Resources Management, Psychology, or any business related course

Minimum of 5 years of HR Management working experience in supervisory & managerial level in manufacturing industries; bags, garments, apparel industries are preference.

Has a full understanding of Labour Laws and employment regulations

With strong ethics, highly motivated, self-driven, excellent interpersonal skills in written and verbal, computer literate in MS Office

Ability to develop and deliver HR strategies in a fast
- paced business environment.

Possess leadership qualities to lead and motivate a team and also be able to interact across all levels within the company

Full knowledge of Client Audit

Must be highly analytical, hardworking, and can handle pressure
