HR COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Duties & Responsibilities: Process and compute payroll for all employeesEnsure smooth and effective payroll transactions for all employees.Processed, update and report monthly mandatory government contributions and loans for SSS, Phil Heath, and Pag-ibig for all employees.Oversee and entertain employee concerns on government-related contributions and loans.Ensure timely and accurate calculation for payroll, contributions, and loans.- Requires flexibility in terms of dealing with different types of employees.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration 0 HRDM or any other related field.With 1?2 years of experience in handling payroll and government-mandated benefits.Must be computer literate and good with Microsoft Excel is a plus.Must have good math skills and be keen on detailsWith good communication and analytical skills
