Degree in a program of study related to Human Resources or Business Administration,Associate's Degree or a combination of education and experienceAt least 3 years' experience working in benefits and administration liaising with government institutions.Above average oral, written and interpersonal skills.Advanced computer skills and experienceKnowledge of specific software and web-based systems related to benefits management.Strong background to all HR Compensation & Benefits FacetsMust be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.Can work with minimal to no supervision and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.Organizational skillsKnowledge of Labor Laws, other laws regulating employee benefitsExemplifies customer service skillResponsible and result – orientedProcesses Company government mandated benefits.Tracks and ensures remittances are paid and posted.Facilitates to prepare related compensation and benefits certificate.Coordinates and acts as company representative to government agencies related to Comp & Ben.Facilitates end to end Comp & Ben related activities such as posting, payment and its monitoring of mandated government remittances.Checks government agencies information portal from time to time.Assists and trains areas of any Comp & Ben related but not only limited to assigned areas.Produces compensation and benefits report.Provides payroll assistance. Schedule:
8 hours shift Day shift Overtime Monday – Saturday
