Our Lady of Fatima University (OLFU), considered one of the fastest-growing universities in the Philippines.
We are currently in need of a HR Clerk (project-based) to be assigned at the Quezon City Campus - #1 Esperanza Street, Hilltop Mansion Subdivision, Lagro, Quezon City.
**Qualification**:
Graduate of a degree in personnel management, industrial relations, and business administration, psychology, or communication arts or business.
**Position Summary**:
The basic function of this position is to assist in providing timely assistance to employees and outside public in the areas of human resources administration and to update and safeguard all pertinent records of employees.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assists in answering questions regarding pertinent information about the department.
- Assists in coordinating advertising or posting of job vacancies, and notifies eligible workers of position availability.
- Schedules interviews of applicants with the requesting department.
- Request information from previous employers, and other references in order to determine applicant's employment acceptability.
- Compiles and prepare 201 files and documents pertaining to personnel activities.
Records and encodes data for each employee, including such information as addresses, absences, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for termination.
- Coordinates with payroll department regarding assistance on employee's benefit programs and worker's compensation plans.
- Assists in coordination of training activities.
- Performs clerical tasks as deemed necessary.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:
- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
