Prepare and process HR documents, including employment contracts, new hire onboarding, and termination paperwork.Organize and maintain personnel files, ensuring they are up-to-date and confidential.Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee records related to attendance, vacations, medical leave, and other employee data.Address employee queries regarding HR-related issues and help coordinate HR events, such as orientation sessions.Manage local employee documents and keep information updated in Google Sheets.Daily monitoring of attendance for Filipino staff in the system. Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience as an HR Clerk, Administrative Assistant, or a similar role in HR.Female candidates are preferred.Age: 22 - 30 years old.Knowledge of basic HR procedures and labor regulations.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Word and Excel.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Office Administration, or a related field is a plus. Salary & Benefits: Basic daily rate: Php 660.00Allowance: Php 10,000.00Health card with Php 200,000.00 coverage after 1 month of employmentAnnual leave: 10 days (5 vacation leave and 5 sick leave)9 working hours with a 1-hour breakMeals and drinks provided by the companyOne (1) day off per week
