Details of the offer

• Prepare and process HR documents, including employment contracts, new hire onboarding, and termination paperwork.
• Organize and maintain personnel files, ensuring they are up-to-date and confidential.
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee records related to attendance, vacations, medical leave, and other employee data.
• Address employee queries regarding HR-related issues and help coordinate HR events, such as orientation sessions.
• Manage local employee documents and keep information updated in Google Sheets.
• Daily monitoring of attendance for Filipino staff in the system.

Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience as an HR Clerk, Administrative Assistant, or a similar role in HR.
• Female candidates are preferred.
• Age: 22 - 30 years old.
• Knowledge of basic HR procedures and labor regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Office Administration, or a related field is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:
• Basic daily rate: Php 660.00
• Allowance: Php 10,000.00
• Health card with Php 200,000.00 coverage after 1 month of employment
• Annual leave: 10 days (5 vacation leave and 5 sick leave)
• 9 working hours with a 1-hour break
• Meals and drinks provided by the company
• One (1) day off per week
