The HRBP - Talent Engagement and Development Lead connects talent strategy to the results.
Nurtures and unlocks talent potentials to sustain strong company performance and underpin future business growth

Provides support to all levels of employees from support functions relative to functional onboarding, engagement, performance management, training, talent mobility, employee relations, offboarding.
Supports and administers policy and ensures regulatory compliance.
Tactical component of the retention and engagement strategy and have the ability to swoop in to save a drifting effort, intervene if a talent begins to disconnect, or analyze why a team's engagement is low.
Needed Capabilities:
Capability building - ability to design and conduct trainings, knowldgeable in TNA

Career management - with experience in doing career conversations, analyzing and identifying potential career path, and developing a career development plan

Performance management - with experience in implementing PMS

Discipline Management - have strong knowledge in labor law and experience in handling disciplinary cases

Conflict Resolution and Problem-Solving - ability to facilitate (or mediate) conversations on different issues raised, seek solutions to ensure all parties achieve their goals and resolve any tensions or negative feelings between them

HR business partnering - ability to understand business/relationship/management/leadership challenges the teams are working to solve and be able to reframe those challenges in terms of talent and employee experience; must have the ability to ask right questions and help design creative solutions.
Operations experience (manufacturing) - understands manufacturing operations, the dynamics of this industry, with at least 2 years experience from manufacturing industry

Digital capability - with experience in using Workday, MyHR, and (at least) infographics

Educational Background : Graduate of any Engineering course, IT course, Psychology, Behavioral Science, HR Management, business or entrepreneurship course

Work location: FPIP Tanauan, Batangas

Work set-up: Hybrid

**Salary**: Php35,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tanauan, Batangas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Training Needs Analysis: 3 years (preferred)
- Performance management: 3 years (preferred)
- Discipline Management: 3 years (preferred)


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
