Description Specific duties & responsibilities: Drives business results via engaged employees. Initiates survey action planning to increase engagement, productivity, and retention while improving customer service. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and build morale. Partners with HR peers to drive collaboration and consistency across all accounts. Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs. Handles administrative functions including but not limited to the following: Handles Focus Group Discussions, Family Talk, FOSS, NEO Handshakes Process and review Employee Improvement Commitment (for agents); Success Plan and ACMs Review and process LOA Applications (Medical and Personal) following the guidelines set Conducts exit interviews, retention to resigning and exiting employees Handles call back requests from Operations and training. Establishes creditability and proactively builds the respect of management as a strategic partner. Maintains a focus on ROI, metrics and strategic planning to impact current and future business success. Influences business decisions that contribute to customer satisfaction and employee engagement through data analytics. Partners with operations to administer performance management including process/document review and data analysis to ensure consistency. Responds to employee relations issues including employee complaints, harassment allegations, and civil rights complaints. Qualifications: Amenable to work onsite in One Felicity Center (Commonwealth) Amenable to work on the graveyard shift. Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent. Good writing skills with a high level of proficiency creating impact written communications. Good communicator with eagerness to independently research new and creative ways for engagement events. With at least 2-3 years of BPO work experience in the related field is required for this position. Solid background in all HR facets and other management functions. Highly customer-service oriented. Amenable to work and be assigned onsite in SM Sta. Rosa, Laguna Amenable to report on a shifting schedule (70-80% night) Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Political Science, Psychology or equivalent. Required language: English. At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Relevant experience as an HR Specialist (Generalist). Solid background in all HR facets and other management functions. Highly customer-service oriented. Strong employee engagement skills.
