JOB FUNCTION:
This person will serve as the primary contact of the management and employees of the Manila Operations Center (MOC) providing hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice in various areas of HR such as talent acquisition, employee relations, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, organization development and training-- ensuring alignmentwith the business objectives, the company's values and policies.
The incumbent will act as a conduit between MOC managers and employees, and, the necessary HR channels such as the HR Shared Services, Regional HR, and so forth. This role will report to the Site Director.
DUTIES:
Partners with MOC Management to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the businessconsistent with Regional and Global HR programs as well as local labor laws. Develop and implement value-added HR policies, programs, strategies, and solutions to support the Operations Center employees, including attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining talent, performance management, employment relations, organizational design/change, coaching and organizational development. Coaches and partners with managers on performance management and employee development goals. Develops people strategies and designs approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. Leads core HR processes across the organization (performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions). Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development. Analyze trends and key metrics with both HR and Operations, including staffing requirements, employee well-being, and operation risk. Leads, participates, and/or contributes to other tasks and projects as deemed necessary and appropriate by the Site Director, MOC and Regional/Global HR. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 2 years' experience within shared services environment. HR Management experience at mid-large sized multi-national company is preferred. Diverse HR generalist background, including talent acquisition, OD, payroll and labor relations and project leadership expertise, including experience with HR metrics. Work experience as an HR Business Partner. HR certification a plus. KEY COMPETENCIES AND ATTRIBUTES
