We are looking for an A-Talent who will be responsible for driving and managing all facets of Human Resources related to Attraction (End-to-end recruitment and selection) and Retention (HR Systems, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Rewards and Recognition) that will build and enhance the candidate and overall employee experience across Hedcor Group. Qualifications: Must be a Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Management Accounting/Financial Management/Psychology/Human Resource Management.With an extensive background in Talent Attraction and Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, and HR Information System.Adept in Labor Code of the Philippines.With at least 5 years of leadership experience.With at least 7 years of related work experience.1 vacant position available in Davao City/Baguio City.
