We're currently looking for an HR Business Partner Manager.

Responsibilities: Weekly meetings: Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units. Partnership with Line Management: Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, etc.) Analytics and Reports: Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Manage Employee Relations Issues: Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Legal and Compliance: Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Collaboration with Legal partners: Partners with the legal department as needed/required. To succeed in this role you must have experience in: At least 8-10 years of relevant working experience with extensive labor relations experience. Familiar with C&B, Organizational Development, payroll and timekeeping software, and payroll process as well as HR Systems (Workday). Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree, any field. Desired Qualifications: Communication skills: Can communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. Tools Experience: Familiarity with HR Systems including Workday and any relevant tools. Headcount experience: Experience in managing at least 500 FTEs is a must. Shift: Willing to work on night shift. Work set-up: Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas). What we offer: Comprehensive HMO package (medical and dental). Personal Time Off Leaves.
