Craft employment contracts and present job offers to new hires. Facilitate the onboarding process, including company overviews, policies, and procedures. Ensure that job descriptions for various business units are up to date. Liaise with service providers to manage company benefits. Assess and endorse applications for salary loans and other financial assistance. Assist employees in obtaining government-provided benefits. Filing / Records Management: Maintain and update employee 201 files. Keep the employee masterlist (database) and online directory up to date. Safeguard HR-related records, including HMO documents, job portals, budgets, and more. Issue Certificates of Employment. Facilitate clearance processing for outgoing employees and endorse them for Final Pay computation. Labor Relations Reviews incident reports and oversees and facilitates administrative cases of partnered business units. Monitors and updates the employee case folders and case trackers. Resolves employee relations issues. Performance Management: Spearhead employee evaluations, including probationary and yearly appraisals. Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning. Other Responsibilities: Attend alignment meetings with line managers and serve as an HR consultant for related matters. Handle various other roles and deliverables that may be assigned from time to time, such as social media, materials requests, DOLE compliance, and more.
