What we're looking for:
As the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), reporting into the HR Manager of the Dumaguete site, you play a critical role in supporting the execution of talent management programs and processes that are cascaded down from the Director of Global Talent Management. The programs are focused on attracting, retaining and developing top talent at Wonders. Our talent programs and initiatives are created to be in line with the overarching people strategy at Wonders. The talent management programs and processes include Performance Management, including performance calibration, Talent Review/Succession Planning, Promotions, Compensation Planning as well as supporting the development and growth of our People Managers as a coach and partner with front line managers to support the overarching employee experience.
What you'll accomplish:
You will work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retentionYou will resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievancesYou will provide HR policy guidanceYou will analyze trends and metrics with the People departmentYou will support and execute HR initiatives to achieve our overall business goalsYou will identify training needs for teams and individualsYou will recommend initiatives that integrate business strategy with people management practicesYou will drive efficiency, standardization and strategic HR impactYou will collaborate and align with other HR functions and business leaders on selection and retention of employees according to the relevant competencies of each role as stated in the Wonders Job Architecture. One year deliverables:
Support Talent Management Team with the harmonization of performance management processesProvide insights and represent the nuances of the Dumaguete office and local compliance so they align with the global talent management frameworkBuild relationships with frontline managers and leaders, establishing yourself as an expert and consultant in supporting their department goals with employee relations, retention as well as talent planning and forecasting About you:
You have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or relevant fieldYou have at least 2 years experience in a supervisory roleYou have experience working in data, reporting and analyticsYou have excellent written and verbal communicationsYou have experience in supporting a global organization, rolling out globally aligned talent programs within a local contextWilling to work onsite on an early shift Bonus points:
You have experience in a consumer driven industry with a passion for the customer.You have experience working with Bamboo HR, Culture Amp and/or Pave.You have experience working as a HRBP or have employee relations certificationsYou have a roll up your sleeves mentality with current or prior experience working in a fast paced, collaborative, highly ambiguous environment frequently wearing more than one hat.
