We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing team.
 
The role is responsible for a variety of human resources programs and policies, often encompassing several areas of human resources, including organizational development, employee and labor relations, recruiting, compensation and benefits or personnel research.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists senior executives on HR issues such as strategic planning, developing supportive HR and organizational strategies, and analyzing requirements for talent acquisition, recruiting, and onboarding
Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the assigned group to develop solutions, programs, policies and other HR related initiatives
Manages and resolves employee relations issues
Conducts weekly meeting
with the assigned team and relays it to PCMT weekly meeting or as needed for support and actionProvides assistance to PCMT for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units
Serves as the bridge of between the assigned client to Tahche PCMT
Work alongside with leaders and management (client assigned) to provide relevant people solutions like developing a plan to hire the right people with the skills needed specifically for a job opening in that area, developing employee discipline and engagement programs and other HR strategic solutions
Qualifications:
A graduate of any four year course preferably in Psychology, Business Management or Engineering. Master's Degree in Human Resource Management is preferred.
Possesses overall HR Specialist knowledge i.e. Comp & Ben, Staffing
Knowledgeable on the Labor Code
At least 5 years of work experience in Human Resources
With experience working in a BPO setting
