Flex time is offered for some roles and your team mates will be there to help as you build your skills and responsibilities.HR Business Partner provides general human resources support for assigned personnel and/or projects or units, including staffing, retention, orientation, career development, performance management, compensation, employee relations, talent management and communications. Ensures that HR policies and practices are consistent with company standards and are correctly communicated and implemented.HR Business Partner provides guidance and support to resolve supply/demand issues and provides input into resource planning activities.**Duties and responsibilities**:- Work closely with employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity, enable performance and retention- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance- Develop and implement HR policies, guidelines, programs and practices in:- Employee relations- Organizational development- Compensation and benefits- Performance management, etc.- Participate in HR strategy creation and implementation- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning- Handle HR systems, documents and Employee questions- Perform other people related duties as assigned**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management and other related degree programs- Solid (5+ years) work experience in HRBP, HR Generalist or HR specialist role- Previous experience transacting with DOLE or NLRC in handling labor disputes and employee grievances- Strong working knowledge or exposure to software technology, telco or the IT industry- A high degree of professionalism, propriety and morale- Ability to prioritize and effectively manage between day-to-day requests and proactively driving a more strategic people agenda- Neutral and able to think critically in situations that are otherwise complicated in nature**Personal attributes**:- Strong oral and written communication skills- Ability and willingness to learn- Proactivity and courage- Leadership- Analytical skills**Working conditions**:- Home Office Location: Cebu City- Some travel will be required- Potential for work outside of business hours on occasion to meet deadlines- Flex time schedule**Hiring process****Privacy Statement**- RISE is committed to protecting your personal information.
