The Role We are looking for a talented HRBP to join our Global HR Department. You will be based in the office in Mandaluyong, Manila. The role reports into the Global HR Business Partner based in London and provides an opportunity to work within a highly performing Global HR Team, working closely with the HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders to provide a first-class service supporting all aspects of the employee cycle from recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, reward, labor concerns, HR data management and performance management.

Key Responsibilities: Proactively supporting the Global HR team to drive and deliver operational excellence, aligned to the People Agenda, in all our existing and future core HR processes and services in Philippines and other Asian Countries including: Administering and recommending improvements to HR core processes, services and systems through the employee life cycle (hire to retire) Alongside the Global HR Business Partner, providing support with the Performance Management Framework and Cycle in APAC. Dealing with Labor related concerns for APAC countries. Employee Engagement Administering the on-boarding process for APAC countries issuing offer letters and contracts; ensuring all required information is received; referencing; working closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure all is prepared for the new joiner ahead of their first day. Manage and hold inductions with all new joiners, including payroll paperwork, and help administer induction events. Administer and processing resignation letters, payroll changes – all in relation to the employee lifecycle from hire to retire. Perform general staff administration processes (e.g., monitoring attendance, leaves) and to execute HR policies in APAC Countries. Administer APAC payroll through management of the relationship with relevant stakeholder ensuring a high level of service and output is achieved. Supporting the roll out of various HR initiatives, processes and policies, including project tracking and planning in APAC. Management and administration of company benefits in APAC. Being the first point of contact and supporting the company's benefit process and information to internal and external customers. In collaboration with our Recruitment Team – assisting in the recruitment in APAC countries including interviewing and organising interviews with the managers based in APAC. Reporting: producing data, statistics and management information, whilst supporting all the HR reporting activities; collecting, analysing and documenting data, working directly with relevant stakeholders, including:Data auditing – to make sure all the data from the systems is complete and accurate for Manila. Acting as first point of contact for all APAC employees ER & HR systems queries and escalating to the HR Business Partner when required. Maintaining and optimising the HR System Training and educating APAC employees on the HR Systems and related processes. Requirements Qualifications: ·       5+ years of proven experience in providing generalist HR support including benefit and HR data advice and services.
·       Payroll administration experience is highly desired.
·       Confident administration and technical skills - Microsoft Office at proficient level is essential.
·       Strong numerical capability with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, including experience of using complex MS Excel formulas to handle large data sets is desirable.
·       Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written is essential.
·       A flexible approach to work and being able to deliver multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment will be key to the success of this role.
·       Being able to think quickly on your feet and use initiative to create innovative solutions to complex problems.
·       Strong attention to detail.
·       Flexible approach; ability to 'get stuck in'; ability to follow processes; able to multi-task at all times; challenge back when needed and prioritise your work.
·       Committed, resilient, and a hardworking and proactive approach.
·       Amendable to work in flexible hours of Pacific and EMEA time and able to work in Mandaluyong.
