Job Description
Be part of our client's team as an HR Business Partnerand play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a range of essential tasks, including preparing and monitoring job career progression plans to guide our employees' growth, managing comprehensive training plans that empower our teams, and orchestrating impactful training sessions that fuel skill development and engagement. Your adeptness at enhancing employee experiences will be a key factor in creating a thriving workplace culture. Moreover, your contribution will extend to OKR management, helping us achieve strategic objectives collaboratively.

What do you need to succeed? An HR degree
2-3 years of HR Business Partnering or similar experience
