Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) Location: Remote Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Brisbane time About The Client: The client is a leader in the health and fitness industry, delivering innovative solutions to our clients. They are looking for a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team. The HRBP will act as the main point of contact for employees, providing efficient and responsive people services. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions, including handling employee queries, managing live chats, and responding to calls. Job Description: The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for managing and delivering frontline HR support, including employee relations, policy guidance, and general HR services. This role requires someone who is customer-focused, adaptable, and able to handle multiple HR tasks simultaneously, ensuring that employees receive high-quality support across various communication channels. Key Responsibilities: ? Serve as the first point of contact for employees on all HR-related inquiries via phone, live chat, and email. ? Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law compliance. ? Manage employee services, including answering queries on benefits, leave, payroll, and other HR matters. ? Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with the highest level of accuracy. ? Assist with employee relations, ensuring fair resolution of grievances and handling sensitive HR issues. ? Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, offboarding, and other key HR processes. ? Work closely with HR management to develop and implement people strategies that align with company objectives. ? Support employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture and improving retention rates. ? Provide HR data reports and insights to leadership, supporting decision-making processes. ? Assist with live chat support for employees on HR platforms, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. ? Help improve people services by suggesting and implementing process enhancements. Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ? Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role. ? Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive situations with tact. ? Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and managing employee records. ? Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inquiries through various communication channels. ? Problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate and resolve employee concerns effectively. ? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Skills: ? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. ? Customer service-oriented approach with a focus on delivering a positive employee experience. ? Strong time management and multitasking capabilities. ? Proficiency in HR systems, databases, and live chat platforms. ? Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with employees and management.
