Job Summary
Responsible for performing and coordinating a variety of general duties related to employee and labor relations issues consistent with the company's relationship-based strategy.
Essential Duties &Responsibilities Assist in the planning, implementation and communication of employee and labor relations programs and procedures; monitors the effectiveness of the programs and recommends modifications as needed. Compile information and statistics on the economic impact of proposals of both labor and management. Provide information regarding grievance procedures, disciplinary actions, and other employee relation practices to the management. Participate in meetings between labor and management to discuss and attempt to resolve issues of mutual concern. Gather initial information from employees regarding work-related problems, evaluates issues, and refers the issue for appropriate action. Responsible for pulling and analyzing HR employee statistics and progress reporting. Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Primary Responsibilities:
Act as HR consultant with Business Unit Management and provide daily HR guidance among all BU members. Main focal in delivering and identifying BU and HR-related metrics on organizational development, employee development, retention, attrition, recruitment/client manpower requirement, engagement and culture adaptation. Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning; Recommend new HR strategies; Evaluate and assess HR programs regularly; Resolve complex employee relations issues, address grievances and employee counseling. Job brief: HR Business Partner will oversee the overall human resources operations and ensure alignment with the specific business unit goals. Should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management. Able to communicate with Senior managers and Operations Manager to recommend new ideas and suggest solutions/initiatives in addressing organizational issues and identified gaps. Ultimately, he/she should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management inside the BU. Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent. 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Strong analytical skills, be self-directed, organized, possess follow through skills and have the ability to work independently. Advanced Excel skills required [e.g., pivot tables, vlookups, subtotals, etc.). Excellent prioritization and organization skills. Strong analytical skills. Process and detail focused Ability to deal with demanding and changing environment. Ability to consistently deliver under pressure. Must be self-directed, flexible, motivated and work well independently as well as with a team. Ability to identify priorities, organize and manage time effectively.
