Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Business Partner at Filinvest Alabang, Inc. in Muntinlupa. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for partnering with the Business Unit and Departments in FAI to provide strategy on people development, overseeing HR metrics, managing employee relations, conducting engagement programs and creating performance management strategies.
