TS provides services to country, region, area, Talent executive and other EY stakeholders across the globe. These services are delivered from our centres in Dalian, China; Trivandrum, Kochi and Bangalore, India; Wroclaw, Poland; and Manila, Philippines. TS teams deliver consistent, high-quality and operationally efficient Talent Programs and Portfolio support services to EY through a globally efficient and effective network of GDS centres.

Virtual Talent Hub (VTH) is an extended delivery model for high quality skills and specialism. Reporting VTH serves to support the preparation and review of complex People reports and analysis of Talent metrics and results. The function caters to the design and development of complex reports and custom dashboards to user specifications as well as contributes to special projects related to Area/ Region/ SL measurement strategy.
