•Ensure accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS to provide carriers with accurate eligibility information. When necessary, respond to carriers' inquiries and verify enrollment data details with carriers.•Performs quality checks (audits) of benefits-related data across all internal and vendor platforms. •Assist with administering the company's retirement plan working with a plan provider and respond to employees' inquiries. •Process US benefits life events transactions in HRIS. Assists employees regarding benefits claim issues, plan changes and Cobra enrollments. •Responds to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general & compliance related inquiries & duties. •Support ZioPulse team (intranet) and Culture committee' efforts with wellness & employee benefit communication and activities. •Process monthly billing reconciliation and preparation of payments of administrative fees group plans. •Conduct Payroll deduction audits including LOA catch up, FSA, HSA, 401K and all applicable benefits. •Assist in developing communication tools to enhance employees understanding of the company's benefits package and consistently improve process and data workflow. •Distribute materials for benefits orientations, open enrollment, benefit compliance & wellness communication. •Assists with the open enrollment process. Minimum Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree •Intermediate knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to employee benefits programs and retirement plans. •Intermediate communication skills (oral and written): Strong interpersonal skills desired •Intermediate MS Excel & PowerPoint skills •Must be able to work with ambiguity •Must be able to work with confidential data •Must be problem solver •Must be analytical •Must be agile and growth minded •US Benefits knowledge and processes preferred.
