Meet the team: Our HR Benefits Operations Team is passionate about ensuring that our employees have access to comprehensive benefits and receive seamless support during life's important moments. We're dedicated to crafting an encouraging work environment through clear, effective benefits administration and leave management.
Where you come in: You will develop, lead, and evolve the capabilities of the employees within the People Services team by promoting continuous improvement and a global approach. You will conduct quality assurance and ensure the accurate processing of transactions. You will work closely with collaborators within the organization, ensuring that service level agreements are met and monitoring the efficiency, utilization, and effectiveness of shared service teams. You will deliver robust self-service options to our employees through our knowledge base, enabling our talent to get fast answers and improve efficiency. You will maintain systems, reporting, and Excel/Smartsheet to prepare monthly and biweekly leave/efficiency reports. You will coordinate benefit enrollment, dependent verification, census reporting, and participate in benefits inclusivity testing and audits. You will coordinate benefits billing, including cost projections, monthly invoice reconciliation, and audit functions. You will handle the development and dissemination of approved benefit and wellness program-related documents, online resources, and communications. You will discuss leave of absence time away from work and pay options, for California, and throughout the United States, in detail. Knowledge of Canada, EMEA, and APAC leaves is a plus. Your team will process high volume leave of absence activity. You will interact with third party leave administrators, and Dexcom employees and managers. What makes you successful: You have a strong background and can pick up new systems quickly such as Workday, ServiceNow, ADP Workforce Now, ADP eTime, SmartSheet. At least 3-5 years of HR leadership experience demonstrating progressive responsibility preferably in an HR Service Center/HR Operations setting. At least 3-5 years of experience in benefits global support. Experience working across geographies and in a highly matrixed organization. You are proficient in Microsoft Office products and have strong Excel and analytical skills. You are diligent, possess outstanding communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. You are open to working flexible hours, including night shifts, to align with the US time zone. Availability from Tuesdays to Saturdays PH time is required.
