Duties and Responsibilities:HIRING PROCESS The process of finding, selecting, and hiring of new employee/s or replacement of a separated employee.- Create a suitable job advertisement and post it in company authorized job portals upon approval of the HR Manager- Source, screen and shortlist applicants. Call shortlisted applicants and invite for an initial interview. Send a text message and email to formally invite for an initial interview.- Conduct initial interview- Endorse candidate for a Final Interview and coordinate schedule and inform the candidate via text message and email.- Preparation of Hiring Decision- Background Checking- Preparation of Job Offer and email it to the HR Manager for review and approval.- Email the Recruitment Checklist to the successful hired- Completion and Checking of Recruitment Checklist- Prepare the Job Employment Contract. Have the employee signed the approval Job Employment Contract.- Other HR administrative work as directed by the HR ManagerONBOARDING PROCESS The process of integrating new hires into the organization.- Facilitates completion of necessary documents such as ATM application form and PhilHealth Member Registration Form (if applicable, other pertinent documents)- Creation of 201 files- Registration of Biometrics and Timekeeping Application- Preparation of Company ID- Orientation for newly hired- Endorsement to Hiring Department- Announcement of New Hire/Office TourQualifications:- Graduate of any Social Science courses or BS Psychology is an advantage.- At least 1 year experience in Recruitment is an advantage.- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.- Knowledgeable in MS Office.- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.- Must be organize, efficient and approachable.- Amenable to work on-site in Bagong Ilog, Pasig City.
