•Knowledgeable in video making and editing
•Has Training facilitation Skills
•With experience is an advantage
JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Ensure that all newly hired employees under F&B underwent the needed onboarding trainings
•Conduct onboarding training for newly hired employees
•Coordinate with other trainers regarding the schedule and venue of trainings, and prepare needed forms/materials.
•Ensure that training modules are updated from time to time
•Conduct refresher trainings of needed
•Create e-learning videos
•Provide training reports and performance monitoring
