Hr Associate

- Graduate of BA/BS in business, human resources, Psychology, organizational leadership, or a related field is preferred.with background in HR Recruitment (knowledge in DOLE compliance is an advantage)- Preferably has at least six (6) months working experience in any related field- Must be keen to details, Goal-Oriented and Self- Motivated- Must have an average level of proficiency in communication- Must have a sense of leadership- Highly proficient with Word, Excel, and Power point- Must be adept at problem-solving in a timely manner- Ability to maintain employee confidentiality- Must be results oriented- Strong communication skills, both written and orally,- Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality- Has a high level of integrity and trustworthiness
