Hr Associate

Details of the offer

Responsible for providing support in the various human resources and functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling. Assist the Department Head in supporting the admin operations of the entire company through Human Resources and general administrative services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sourcing of qualified applicants according to positions available (end-to-end process of Recruitment and Onboarding).
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Maintain employee records (attendance, HR database, etc.).
Preparation of Timekeeping and Payroll.
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Handles Performance Appraisal of employees.
Performs other relevant administrative/HR facets and responsibilities assigned by the HR Manager/Management.
