Hr Associate

Under the general supervision of the HR COE's, the HR Associate is primarily responsible in providing support to all Human Resource activities through the implementation of efficient and effective tactics and systems to support the department goals and objectives.
Provide main support to Welfare and Compensation and Benefits day-to-day activities and implementation. This will include the following but is not limited to: Administration of welfare services for shuttle, clinic and canteen services, Insurance coordination, Payroll coordination, Rewards and Recognition System, Wellness event coordination and other related programs Understand and build skill to become an expert of the HR Systems used. This may entail technical know how on the navigation of the system.  Understand and know process of the overall benefit package and compensation structure and systems, programs and services of the company and be able to answer employee related queries. Support ALL other HR activities.
