Job Overview: This role will support human resources function of SSC Manila with various concentration to ensure efficiency and people-centric approach and service towards their employee. He/she will support in different functions of HR including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relation & engagement, training and development, office administration and other ad hoc tasks.
Job Duties and Responsibilities: FOCUS AREA: Benefits and Admin Human Resources Assist in benefits administration (statutory benefits, loans and claims) Process and compute maternity benefits, sickness benefits, final pay, and other benefit computation. Process payroll and timekeeping. Manage and track enrollment, deletion and billing related to HMO, Insurance, and HRIS Manage employee request such as inquiries, forms and document requests, and document release. Assist in DOLE and OSH Compliance Assist in expat management Assist in company events and activities. Administration Oversee the housekeeping of the office including the facilities, office procurement & consumables and staff. Maintain and monitor office inventory including furniture and fixtures, pantry and office supplies. Assist in procurement related process including preparation of purchase request and coordination with the accounting for the payment and other terms. Liaise with different government agencies (i.e. City Hall, SEC, Immigration, etc.) to process compliances and other reportorial requirements. Monitor and process release of enterprise mobile phone. Monitor and assist parking related concerns. Assist in hotel, flights a leisure booking as need arises Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Psychology or other related programs. 1-3 years of working experience Experience in working with different government agencies. Working knowledge in all government statutorial requirements, loans and claims. Knowledge in PH Labor Law Intermediate MS Excel Skills Excellent communication skills with high level of fluency. Ability to deal with different nationality and personality. Ability to multi-task, organized and keen to details. Resourceful, and innovative. Machines/Software's & Tools: MS Excel Any HRIS System
