Qualifications:

? College students who are finished with their course and are just waiting for their graduation are welcome to apply
? Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
? Literacy in various MSO applications: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
? Ability to work with minimal supervision and ability to multi-task
? Well-organized, and has a keen attention to details
? Must be amenable to work onsite in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City

Nice to have:

? Experience with Employee and Labor relations, Employee Engagement
? Experience on working on a Business Process Outsourcing Company, specifically in a Call Center environment with not less than 300FTEs
? Experience and exposure in conducting Focus Group Discussion (FGD), attrition analysis, performance management and recommendations
? Experience in initiating and handling employee engagement activities
