Responsibilities:

1.
Coordinate with Payroll/Compensation and Benefits team
2.
Generate payslips
3.
Timekeeping via HRMESS System and monitoring of leaves/absences
4.
Assist in the processing of employee government loans, quit claim, cash advance, and processing of clearance
5.
Assisting employees with concerns on benefits and compensation
6.
Creation of company ID

Requirements:

1.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related field
2.
Must have knowledge of labor laws
3.
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
4.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5.
Very close attention to detail
6.
Must be willing to learn
7.
Must be able to work in the office


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
