The **HR Associate role** will handle HR and office-admin related concerns and provide assistance to the other support team members.
**Responsibilities**:

- Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion.
- Issuing new employees with onboarding documents (e.g job offers, contracts).
- Keeping and managing employee records.
- Preparing timesheets for payroll processing.
- Explaining employee benefits.
- Organizing and managing engagement activities and events.
- Handling HR and office admin-related concerns.
- Maintaining employee confidentiality.
- Managing HR records including, résumés, applicant logs, and employee forms.
- Conducting employee orientations.
**Requirements**:
