**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science or Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 6 months experience in the same capacity.
- Above average verbal and written communication skills.
- Possesses good leadership qualities.
- Assertive, Self-motivated, Goal-oriented.
- Willing to be assigned at Soon to open Puregold **Ususan.
