The HR Assistant - Recruitment is responsible in identifying and attracting potential candidates through job postings, social media, and recruitment events.
It involves reviewing applications, conducting interviews and assessments, shortlisting candidates, providing shortlisted candidates to managers, and coordinating their pre-employment requirements.
Additionally, the role involves discussing job offers, assisting with onboarding, preparing various reports and performance evaluations, and performing other tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
