Hr Assistant- Open For Fresh Graduate

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office and the use of HRIS
- Willing to render overtime if necessary
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday from 8am to 5pm

RESPONSIBILITIES (COMPENSATION & BENEFITS)
- Handle compensation and benefits (PhilHealth, SSS, Pag-ibig, etc.)
- Keeps himself/herself up to date with local wage orders
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations

RESPONSIBILITIES (TIMEKEEPING)
- Payroll administration (tracking employee hours and pay rates, calculating overtime pay)
- Monitor attendance, Official Business, and Overtime
- Monitoring of sick, vacation, and emergency leaves
- Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
