JOB DESCRIPTION:
? Bachelor's Degree Holder
? With 1 year of work experience in human resource field or any related role
? Has knowledgeable in all HR Faucets
? Amenable to attend face to face interview
? Can start as soon as possible
? Amenable to work onsite.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
?To effectively support all internal and external HR-related concerns, inquiries or requests.
?To perform end-to-end recruitment process (e.g.
screening, interviews, onboarding, etc.)
?To create reports on general HR activities and maintain databases of various employee information
?To keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
?To coordinate and foster strong rapport across different departments and with employees at all levels of the organization
