**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related (essential).
- 2 years of experience as an HR assistant (essential).
- Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Benefits Administration

a.
Maintains records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data transfers and performance appraisals.
b.
Timely update of leave entitlements of monthly and confidential employees.
c. Computes SSS sickness reimbursements and submits same to SSS on time.
d. Ensures compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting with SSS, Philhealth & HDMF

f. Makes studies/recommendations on any salary or wage adjustments based on government directives or performance evaluation policies as need arises.
g. Reports on tardiness and absences every month

h. Communicates to all employees all information with regards to benefits administration and/or updates.
i.
Ensure all employee data and filings are kept up-to-date, in line with legal requirements and internal company procedures.
j.
Networks with other HR professionals within the same industry for benchmarking and sharing of best practices.
Recruitment and Hiring

a. Sourcing of applicants.
b.
Prepares internal and external job postings / advertisements using various recruitment mediums (i.e.
bulletin boards, internet, job sites, etc.)
c. Builds networks for sourcing purposes i.e.
Universities, LGUS, PESO, TESDA, etc.
d. Provides / coordinates with recruitment contacts (schools / universities, government agencies and other entities) regarding recruitment activities, on-site / campus recruitments, job fairs and the like.
e. Calls and schedules applicant/s for trade test, interview and exam.
f. Conducts company orientation to newly hired employees including piece raters, staff and daily paid employees.
g. Safe keeps test materials, manuals / other test effects, individual testing records / papers, reports and the like and maintains its confidentiality.
i. Conducts Background Investigation for employees to be employed.
j.
Prepares pre-employment requirements of new hires i.e.
ATM, Government Mandated Benefits, etc.
k. Safe keeps and manages HRDA confidential documents and 201 files

l. Ensures updated masterlist of employees, monitoring of contracts and reminding concerned heads of expirations at least 2 weeks prior (making sure that nobody exceeds 5 1/2 months of service).
m. Submission of pertinent notices/documents to DOLE.
Others

a.
Mass preparation and pre work and other events such as anniversary celebration, Christmas party, etc.
b.
Manages company's social media account and other job portals.
c. Prepares HR report on training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations

d. Issues Exit Interview, Clearance, Release and Quit Claim Forms and Request for Final Pay of separated employees.
e. Coordinates with the Accounting Department on accountabilities of separated employees

f. Prepares monthly recruitment reports (openings, new hires, separated employees, etc.).
