Hr Assistant

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Psychology, or any accounting and business course
- With at least one-year relevant experience handling timekeeping, payroll, compensation and benefits
- Adept in the processing of government mandatories, loans and remittances
- Adept in administration of basic compensation and benefit plans
- Adept in processing of payroll and bank report
- Familiar in using HRIS or any payroll software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- With excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Willing to be assigned in Don Bosco, Parañaque city

Schedule:

- Flexible shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Parañaque City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
