Hr Assistant

BS Psychology or HR Management Graduate
- Maintaining employee benefits records
- Handling benefits claims, enrollments, and cancellations
- Coordinating benefits contributions with payroll
- Advising employees on the organization's benefit programs
- Resolving employee queries

**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cainta, Rizal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
