Requirements & Qualifications: Holder of a Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or any related fieldAt least 2 years of proven work experience in the HR field or similar.Computer literate, especially in using MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.Possess strong interpersonal skills and professional attitude.Goal-oriented, organized team player; encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead.A plus if with specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, HR best practices, and preventive labor relations.
