Job descriptions:·Responsible for timely payout of employee salaries and compiles payroll information by managing payroll preparation, completing reports, and maintaining records·Administer company and government benefits and ensures timely implementationQualifications:·Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or other relevant course·An advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel, capable of manipulating and presenting data accurately and efficiently.·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.·Strong time management skills and attention to detail·Willing to be assigned in Taytay, Rizal
