Hr Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:

**Recruitment -** end to end recruitment

**Trainings and Development**:

- Coordination in assistance on Trainings/Seminars
- Coordinate and arrange (if any) in driver's apprenticeship with Trainer Drivers Employee relations
- Provide counselling to employee/s regarding work, family or personal problems
- Assist clerical and admin personnel Issuance of memo and DA;
Other HR Facets that may need to handle from time to time.
**Qualifications**:

- A graduate of BS Psychology, HRDM or any Behavioral Science related Courses
- with at least 6 months of HR functions experience,.
- Experience in a Manufacturing Industries is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
