Hr Assistant

**Qualifications**:
**A. HR- Recruitment**
- Shortlist applicants, invites for interviews and conduct initial interview.
- Conduct background checking
- Coordinates with appropriate job ads portals and/or headhunters for our manpower needs.
- Prepares new employee's employment agreement and job descriptions, and conduct on
- boarding orientation for newly hired.
- Monitor the new employee's employment tenure, then, conduct an on-boarding survey and evaluate the result.
Discuss the result to group heads and top management.
- Supervise the issuance of performance evaluations for probationary and regular employees.
- Conduct exit interview to departing employees.
**B. HR- Admin**
- Monitor and maintain equipment and office supplies.
- Monitor cleanliness, security, and maintenance of the building.
- Performed other tasks that may be assigned from time to time as instructed.
Qualifications:

- With at least 2-4 years of experience in HR & Admin functions.
- Has good communication skills both written and oral.
- Strong personality
- Willing to be assigned in Parañaque City

**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)
